Terms and Conditions

• Offer available to new clients that open their account between 1st June '08 and 31st December '08.
• You can claim a free £100 per goal bet on the Total Goals in any live Premiership or Champions League game once you have placed a minimum of 10 bets that conform with the 'Free Bet Qualifying Stake Sizes' listed below.
• The qualifying bets must be placed before a game/event starts and must run until they are naturally settled. Any bets on the same market, in the same game will be classed as one bet.
• You must claim your free bet within 2 months of opening your account. If the free bet is unclaimed after 2 months, it will expire.
• To claim your free bet you must call us on 08000 111 441 between 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Saturday.
• Free bets cannot be closed or traded in-running.
• Any winnings from your free bet will be credited to your account by close of business on the next working day.
• Clients re-opening their accounts are not eligible for a free bet unless agreed otherwise.
• Account opening is subject to Spreadfair's account opening rules.
• Only one financial free bet and one sport free bet can be placed per household.
• If Spreadfair believes that someone is acting in bad faith or suspect collusion between two parties when placing the new clients' bets, they will deem this as abuse of the offer and will be entitled to withdraw the offer at any stage.
• If you have a complaint, you should raise it with the Compliance Officer at the below address. A copy of our internal complaints handling procedures is available on request. You may subsequently complain directly to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
