Terms and Conditions

1. Offer available to new clients that open their account between 1st June 2008 and 31st December 2008.

2. Once the client you refer has placed a minimum of 10 bets that conform with the ‘Free Bet Qualifying Stake Sizes’ (listed below) you will be eligible for a free £100 per goal stake on the Total Goals in any live Football game. Your friend will also qualify for a free £100 bet.

3. The qualifying bets must be placed before a game/event starts and must run until they are naturally settled. Any bets on the same market, in the same game will be classed as one bet.

4. You must claim your free bet within 2 months of the client opening their account. If the free bet is unclaimed after 2 months, it will expire.

5. To claim your free bet you must call us on 08000 111 441 between 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

6. Free bets cannot be closed or traded in-running.

7. You will receive a one off payment of £500 if the client you introduce reaches a natural commission rate of 4% during the first year of them opening their account.
(The £500 payment will not be made should the referred party reach a 4% commission rate as a result of an incentive or concession).

8. To be deemed the referrer, the client must have included your name or account number (or both) when applying for an account.

9. You may refer, as part of this offer or any subsequent offer Cantor Spreadfair may make, a maximum of 5 clients within one year of your first referral. Thereafter you are limited to two referrals per year.

10. You will not be able to claim a free bet for referring family members or someone from the same address.

11. A referrer cannot refer himself/herself.

12. The referred friend must be a new Spreadfair client, who does not hold a Cantor Sport account and will be subject to Spreadfair account opening procedures.

13. Any winnings from your free bet will be credited to your account by the close of business on the next working day.

14. If Spreadfair believes that someone is acting in bad faith or suspect collusion between two parties when placing the new clients’ bets, they will deem this as abuse of the offer and will be entitled to withdraw the offer at any stage.

15. If you have a complaint, you should raise it with the Compliance Officer at the below address. A copy of our internal complaints handling procedures is available on request.

17. These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
