Terms and Conditions

1. Offer available to new clients that open their account between 1st June ‘08 and 31st December ‘08

2. You can claim a £5 per point free Daily FTSE bet once the client you have introduced has placed 5 bets on the Daily FTSE with a minimum stake of £5 per point.

3. The £5 per point Daily FTSE qualifying bets must run until naturally settled.

4. You must claim your free bet within 2 months of the client you introduced opening their account. If the free bet is unclaimed after 2 months, it will expire.

5. To claim your free bet you must call us on 08000 111 441 between 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

6. Free bets cannot be closed or traded in-running.

7. Any winnings from your free bet will be credited to your account by close of business on the next working day.

8. Clients re-opening their accounts are not eligible for a free bet unless agreed otherwise.

9. Account opening is subject to Spreadfair’s account opening rules.

10. Only one free bet may be claimed (either sport or financial) for you introducing a new client to Spreadfair.

11. If Spreadfair believes that someone is acting in bad faith or suspect collusion between two parties when placing the new clients’ bets, they will deem this as abuse of the offer and will be entitled to withdraw the offer at any stage.

12. If you have a complaint, you should raise it with the Compliance Officer at the below address. A copy of our internal complaints handling procedures is available on request. You may subsequently complain directly to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
